Tuesday, January 4 - Great Expectations. The Year in Review. Share your holiday memories with a personal interview.

Wednesday, January 5 - Type your personal interview (completed before the holidays) in journalistic format. Double space. Use Ariel Narrow pt. size 11 with a heading. Spell check and indent for quotes and transitional paragraphs. This should be a BRIEF about holiday memories and the meaning of giving. Print, turn in and we will do a gallery walk to share.

This week is all about writing a review and how to create revenue by selling ads.
Business Manager to:

  • Promote magazine by talking about the print edition in your advisory class. Create a fun flyer with the Valley Voice and make sure the advisory teachers and STUDENTS know it’s being published.
  • Plan to attend one 8th grade guys and one ladies basketball game to promote business ads.
  • Prepare the ADVERTISING  table prior to the game so parents can purchase a business ad or pick up a form. Date TBD.

This week is all about writing a review and how to create revenue by selling ads.
